 When both Neel & Arpita Kapale were offered new jobs in the Columbus area, they decided to make central Ohio their home. They knew they wanted to live in a warm, inviting community and loved the idea of golf course views. They were looking for an open layout with high-end touches like granite countertops – and a three-car garage was a definite must.
Since they were new to the area, the Kapales researched all of their options. They began their home search by looking at existing homes in various communities around Columbus . “None of the homes offered everything we were looking for, and in some cases existing homes required a lot of modifications.”
| They decided they wanted a new home in an early phase of neighborhood construction so that they could be a part of the community’s growth. They visited other home builders including Bob Webb, Truberry, Shumacher Homes, Centex and MI Homes and found various features they liked – in the end they chose Dominion. “…only Dominion had all the qualities that we were looking for |

They chose a multi-level home from Dominion’s Tradition Collection in the Reserve at Glenross and they have no regrets over their decision to buy new. “By choosing a new home, we were guaranteed we would be able to choose every detail to suit our needs and tastes. Customizing a home was really important to us, and the building process was exciting each step of the way!”
 Neel and Arpita spend most of their time in their kitchen and formal dining area.
“…this is one of the places we can see the entire home from where we are relaxing and enjoying our view of the golf course. The open layout gives the home a welcoming feel.” Both really enjoy the outdoors and they love their community with its beautiful views. They’ve met a lot of new people since moving in and enjoy spending time and socializing with them.
When asked if they could pick one thing above all others that they love about their home, the Kapales replied, “The layout with the five level split is a very appealing feature to us. Coming from Michigan, this is not common, however, this layout gives each floor a different feel and we can customize each room and floor individually – our space is endless!”
